• The guest pays a one-time cleaning fee (regardless of the number of nights) in the amount of 80 €.
• Upon arrival, the guest leaves a damage deposit of 200 €, which will be refunded at the end of the stay if no damage is caused.
• The tourist tax is included in the price.
• The landlord is not subject to VAT payment according to the provisions of Article 22 of the VAT Act.
• The amount for the pre-arranged number of nights is to be paid immediately, upon arrival, on the first day of accommodation.
